Given the market situation, LINDE + WIEMANN focuses on designs that are
based on an intelligent combination of rolled profiles and pressed parts.
We create future-orientated solutions for even the most complicated of
requirements, mainly through the integration of profiles: simple tools,
short implementationtimes and good-value manufacturing procedures,
combined with the advantage of being able to manufacture different
lengths using identical equipment ? these features are unrivalled
in this combination for steel components.

Sillboard reinforcement

We actively support the construction of future-orientated chassis designs
with sillboard reinforcements based on profiling technology. The result:
pre-finished assemblies in a wide variety of versions and lengths, made
from high-strength or ultra high-strength steels, all of impressive quality.
As our process-orientated modular design principle focuses ont the entire
platform, significant cost benefits can be reaped in comparison with
convential procedures: investment costs and parts prices for all versions
can be derived from the total volumes - volume adjustements within the
model range are negligible.

A major milestone in the improvement of chassis flexibility has been
achieved with the integration of cold-rolled profiles as sillboard
reinforcements in the floor assembly.
