Profiling technology is an innovative process for a contious metal forming.
Up to 40 forming stations are used, depending on the complexity of the
profile cross-section. Flexible hole patterns and stampings with variable
component lengths, even for closed hollow profiles, ensure that the functional
requirements of the customer are met.

Faultless profiling of high-strength materials provides the corresponding potential
for a component design that not only has an optimum weight but also meets all
the relevant requirements.

Further down the value chain, highly efficient stretch bending and integrated
stamping operations can be implemented where required.

Innovation through laser and HF welding combined with online process and
tolerance monitoring.

Industrial sectors also make use of profiles made from pre-varnished and coated
starting materials, with or without protective film.
